The object to this game is to become the best fighter pilot in history. It
is a long task to do this though. To accomplish this task you must acheive
a war/combat level of 50 or greater. To advance a level you must destroy
all the MIGs on your current war pad. This is a very hard task when you
start out in the game. You will start out with a HellCat Jet and no
weapons.

You will be granted three enterances to the game each day. You will also
be granted three user fights and ten MIG-29 fights per enterance.

Commands Available in Jet Combat:

  (A) Attack MIG-29(s)

      Attacking the MIG-29 can be a simple or hard task. It really depends
      on how you look at it. You can attack up to as many MIG-29s as you can
      handle, but there are only a specific amount of them per war pad.
      For each MIG you shoot down, you will be granted $75, and with that
      money you may upgrade your jet and / or weapon.

      Commands for attacking are at the end of this document file, since the
      attack the user command uses the same type of attack.

  (B) The Jet Combat Hangar Bank

      This is your basic bank. You can (W)ithdraw money from it and
      (D)eposit money into it. When depositing money into the bank, you
      will have the risk of it getting robbed. You can rob other peoples
      bank by using the command of (R), but if you fail, you will have
      to fight more MIG-29s!

  (D) Damage Repair

      This is where you go when you have some massive damage done to your
      jet. The price of repairing your jet really depends on the level of
      war you are on (ie. Level 1 / $4).

  (E) Examine a Pilot

      Here you can exame a pilot. It will give you a list of the pilots to
      examine and then you can pick from it. This command doesn't charge
      you anything, so use it as much as you'd like.

  (F) Fight a Pilot

      Here you can dog-fight another pilot. It will give you a list of the
      pilots to dog-fight and you can pick from it. After that, it will be
      very much like the MIG-29 attack. Please refer to the (A) command for
      more information

      Commands for attacking are at the end of this document file, since the
      attack the user command uses the same type of attack.

  (G) Gamble

      This is your basic gambling command, you should be able to figure this
      command out yourself.

  (I) Instructions

      What you're reading right now.

  (J) Jet Shop

      With this command, you are allowed to buy and sell jets. Jets are
      priced from a hundred to a couple million dollars; it depends
      on what jet you are going to buy. You can sell a jet for half the
      price you bought it for.

  (K) Destroy your Jet

      Your basic self-destruct command. Don't use it too often.

  (L) List all pilots

      Lists all the active players in the game. It will show you their
      rank, name, what team they're on (if any), and the level of war they're
      at.

  (M) Enter a message

      This is a handy part of the game. You can leave email to other pilots
      in the game. You can enter a maxiumum of 25 lines of text. The message
      editor has a word wrap to it and it is very fast. To end the message,
      hit enter on an empty line. You will then see a display of options.
      Something like this:

      (A)bort, (S)ave, (L)ist, (C)ontinue, (E)dit:

      (A)bort = Abort the message.
      (S)ave  = Save the message to disk.
      (L)ist  = Lists the contents of the message.
      (E)dit  = Edit a line of the message.

      From here you should be able to figure out the rest.

  (O) Operator Page

      Page the sysop for CHAT!

  (Q) Quit Jet Combat

      You should be able to figure this one out.

  (R) Rob The Hangar Bank

      This is a fun command. You can rob other people's money from their
      bank accounts. If there aren't many players in the game, it would
      be wise not to use this command. If you fail in robbing the bank, you
      will have to fight more MIG-29's.

  (S) Your Status

      Display your current stats.

  (T) Team Menu

      With this option you can join a team, quit a team, create a team, and
      display team's stats.

      The team menu will look something like this:

      (1) Quit Current Team
      (2) Join a Team
      (3) Create a Team
      (4) Display Team's Current Stats
      (Q) Return to Main Menu

      (1) Quit Current Team

          If you are on a team and want to quit it, use this command. It will
          erase you from the team.

      (2) Join a Team

          When using this command, it will give you a list of teams to join.
          You will need a password to join the team you want to join.

      (3) Create a Team

          When using this command, you can create your own team. You get
          to select your own team name and a password for the team.

      (4) Display Team's Current Stats

          Displays your team's current stats (if you're on a team).

      (Q) Return to Main Menu

          Quits back to the main menu.


  (W) Weapon Shop

      With this command, you are alloed to buy and sell weapons. Weapons are
      priced from a hundred to a couple million dollars; it depends
      on what weapon you are going to buy. You can sell a weapon for half
      the price you bought it for.


    Attacking Commands:

      [C]ombat with Jet(s)

         This is your basic attacking command. It will knock power down
         from the enemy (if you hit them), and then they have the chance
         to hit you back. The better weapon and jet you have, the better
         you will be at killing the enemy.

      [K]ick in Afterburners

         This is your basic chicken out command.

      [M]ayday Call

         This will call for mayday and you can get structure back to your
         jet this way.

      [R]adio other jets for help

         This is a good command. It should be used in emergencies only.
         It will call in the other jets to your side to blow away the
         enemy.
